What is the internet "return policy" of American Filtration?

Purchases ordered from AmericanFiltration.com will adhere to the following return policy:

• American Filtration will accept eligible returns within 30 days of customer receiving order.

• All non-returnable items will be clearly labeled as such in the Product Description.

• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of undamaged goods.

• Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return.

• All items returned are subject to a  10% or $10 restocking fee. (whichever is greater)

• In the event that an error has occurred that is a direct result of an error made by American Filtration, the customer will not be responsible for any fees associated with the return of the product.

• These standards have been set in order to execute a fair and reasonable return policy and to provide our customers with peace of mind when choosing to do business with American Filtration.
