Once
your order is received via e-mail, it will be processed immediately.
When your credit card approval number or your check or money order
clears, we will email or call you to confirm your order. We ship all
in-stock within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. Out of stock items are
shipped as soon as they are available. All packages are shipped with
the invoice enclosed.
Please
allow 7-10 working days for delivery in the U.S. We will notify you
of any items on back-order. Texas
orders will be charged tax on filters and special requested shipping
fees.
Shipping outside of the Continental U.S. is handled on a case by
case basis. Due to the high volume of internet fraud, American
Filtration carefully investigates each request originating from an
international IP. Please feel free to e-mail us with an
inquiry.
Orders requiring 2nd day or Overnight delivery, we will charge you
the exact amount that we are charged by the freight company.
